Sucks balls. And not in a good way. And it really sucks since I have two monthly weight fluctuations...you boys have it so easy.

It's not fun, but it is educational.
I haven't counted calories in a while, but now always have kind of a mental tally of where I'm at since I've learned about how many calories are in many foods.
Except when I drink. Then I say 'FUCK IT', though I try to limit this to one night a week.

Heck with that. Look, eat sensibly and exercise. Not hard and not rocket science. Read the Body for Life books. Great plans on getting fit and strong as well as handling nutrition. And no calorie counting.

And no calorie counting. I'm very familiar with Bill Phillips and Body for Life. It's a good system. However, what is simpler than making sure you burn more than consume? My wife and I exercise (wife is actually a triathlete), but we both count calories to keep ourselves accountable. Well, I've slacked a little bit about maticulously counting, but she does counts 5 days a week.
