The derpy fucktards in that picture are the ones who are charged with "defending the nation"?? holy shit, we are soooo doomed they don't look like they're capable of tying their shoes, let alone firing advanced weaponry Since I assume you're unfamiliar with the biological reactions here, let me explain. The reason their skin is shiny liek that is because they are perspiring. Perspiration, or sweat, is a common bi-product of vigorous exercise, which is what is engaging the young men in that photo.

Have YOU broken a sweat today, x-ray specs? Well, I ran a 5k, but that barely elevated my heart rate.

I haz these. Made of titanium. Revolution REVT50. $180. Note the excellent machined detail on the temples. As usual, me FTW. Until some sweaty wop makes your specs by hand, I kindly ask you to STFU. Also, $180? Did you spend all your cash on outdoor shower curtains and couldn't afford non-prole glasses?

I don't know wut I paid for them. That wuz the price that came up when I did teh google internetz search. Also, I haz benefits, so I don't pay full price for things liek glasses or dental care or whatever. U haz benefitz, Bill? I deux has bennys. However, I didn't leik the prole frames I could get for free under my plan, so I coughed up moar for the hand-crafted Versaces. Look liek a baller, live liek a baller.

I've worn specs since the 5th grade. Never tried contacts. I think they have had contacts that correct astigmatism for only a few years, long after I was comfortable with glasses.

Never again. Oof. You had your lids done? There's nothing quite like seeking smoke and smelling your eyes get lasered. Ten minutes later and I had 20/20 vision.

You had your lids done? There's nothing quite like seeking smoke and smelling your eyes get lasered. Ten minutes later and I had 20/20 vision. My wife had it done like 12 years ago. She's back to wearing glasses again, can't see for shit without them. Are you saying she's near sighted again? Or just that she needs readers to read? LASIK corrects astigmatism and near sightedness (and far) but it does not correct presbyopia. That happens around age 40 when the little muscles that control the focusing of the lens basically get too stiff to work so then you need bifocals or readers to see close up. I was already 40 when I had the surgery so I knew that I would need readers because at the time I had to take my glasses off to read. They could have under corrected one eye for reading purposes, as my brain would adjust, but I decided against that. My vision is still 20/20 ten years later. I don't have to buy prescription sunglasses, and I buy cheap readers at discount stores to have around when I need them.

She had 20/20 vision for around 10 years after the surgery, but is now back to either wearing glasses or contacts all the time. I paid for an insurance plan that I could have adjustments if they became necessary. I only have to get yearly eye. Exams to monitor any changes but so far nothing.
