I'm not sure how I stumbled upon it, but would like to give it a try.

hawksstock, it's good you are looking out for your health but how old are you anyway? No way you are over 30 IMO from what I've read. How wrong am I?
If you are just health concious, which is a good thing, make small changes in your everyday life. Drink more water, walk more, try the high fiber cereals (yes they are yuckish but be strong!) I'm sure you know the drill.
If you have family history of colon problems then go get a colonostopy(sp) to serve as a baseline. Your ins. would probably cover this.
FYI you will get great photos of your colon. As gross as that may sound it was interesting. I went with the ex for his because he needed transportation. I was amazed by the photos. His doctor also looked excactly like the 'ASSMAN' from Seinfeld.
...and to answer your question....yes I am not a nurse.
Worse case scenerio - Eat more fiber and stay in close proximity to 'rest rooms'.

I'm not sure how I stumbled upon it, but would like to give it a try. If it is an enema, or something that allegedly "cleanses" it is a bad idea. Don't believe that crap...literally. Eat well, keep hydrated, and exercise. Exercise is really important for the normal regulation of the body. We're not meant to sit in office chairs all day.

So I take it, the answer is no. BTW I'm 31, do you honestly think anyone under thirty could be less idealistic as me. (except where the constitution is concerned)

We're not meant to sit in office chairs all day. Then why was I blessed with such a fine - cushy - ass, with which to sit upon???
