So I decided against the rain forecasted practice in IC as the Peoria airshow was on this weekend with the Blue Angels taking part.
Haven't seen them before, but they were quite amazing.
Many times during the event I thought to myself... Mankind is doomed, as there must have been hundreds of thousands of tons of CO2 pumped out, in this one single location, over a short timespan. ...And thousands of people paid other people to do it.
During one particular smoky demonstration, the announcer says "Don't worry about the exhaust folks, it's a GREEN smoke - as it uses a paraffin additive... I thought WTF!!! This guy has a wax driven rocketcar that shoots wicked flames??? Where can I get one? ...Later on, during what must have been a less green display, the same PA says, simply, about the smoke... "It's great at keeping the mosquitos away"
...and besides actually having a red neck, I feel like one.

I've seen the Blue Angels, Thunderbirds, and the Golden Knights (Army jumping team), and they're all kick ass.
