That question might better been posed to me. Ever since I fired my secretary in Jan, we ave had a terrible time trying to find someone to take the job. Everytime we hire somoene, their employer matches our offer and they stay. As a result, you cannot count on a temp to do a thing and I have been doing a lot of secretarial and paralegal work on my own. In house counsel isn't so glamourous after all.

Bump for socal. My guess is he is going to Chili's or Red Lobster this weekend.
In house counsel at the right company is a pretty sweet gig, but at some companies, it makes my job look fun and high paying. Fortune 500 GC = generally good hours, high pay, golden parachute, and maybe a shot at CEO.
