or the Animal Liberation Front if she was super hot and had an enormous trust fund?
I would not.
My cousin, however, who formerly worked for the Edwards campaign, but who is now collecting unemployment (like he has done for much of his career as a Democratic campaign worker), is dating a gal who is a member of PETA. He has been vegetarian for almost 2 years. Believe it or not, last time I saw him, his hair was long and unkempt.

It depends how hardcore she was about it. If it controlled her life, or she tried controlling my eating habits, I don't think I could deal with it. I have nothing against vegetarians - but it's not for me.

I went on a date with a girl that was a vegetarian, she was good looking, but lacked the large trust fund. I couldn't go on the 2nd date. I love steak and enjoy hunting too much to have her preaching to me how wrong it is, which she was already doing on the 1st date. I don't care how you feel about things, but don't preach to me about it...have a nice life.

I could date a good looking member of PETA(for a short time) only if the fur was real. I don't like faux fur.

My woman is a vegitarian, but not for moral reasons. She did it for health reasons, and has never once told me I shouldn't eat meat. In fact, she frequently cooks meat dishes for me. But back to the original question; if I were to date a woman from an animal rights organization, it would be from this one:

depends on how hot and how hardcore she was. If she tries to get me to stop eating tasty creatures it's off.

You should hear my wife (the veterinarian and devout animal lover) talk about PETA.

being an animal lover is fine, I like cats and dogs but I don't plan on eating them. Cows, chickens, pigs, turkey, and various fish on the other hand.......

My wife (yes, I'm married, sorry girls) doesn't like meat except for fish/shrimp. I have red meat at least once a day. Fortunately for me, my favorite steak place has great vegetarian selections. It really causes us no problems. Of course she isn't some freak moralist vegetarian. I don't think I could put up with that shit. Evolution gave me incisors for a reason. On a related note, I do get moralist about one thing: Animal abuse. Hogs should not spend their lives cooped up in a tiny pen with no space to move around wallowing in their own shit. Screw that. If we are going to eat them, we should at least have the goddamned moral fortitude to let them have a decent existence. Yeah, I'm saying that if you're involved in the animal confinement business, you're a piece of shit who deserves a bad disease. Oh, by the way...the South Park episode from a few years back that beat down PETA is must see viewing. Snot-through-your nose hilarious. www.shoutwire.com/articles/99675/South_Park_PETA_Video.html

So beef are kept in a pen their whole existence, your food, living in its own waste. Let's talk about about enviromentally conscious Annie...eating only shrimp and fish. Shrimp from Asia is usually farm raised (remember hog confinement)...whoops iI forgot she also likes fish. Hope it's not farm raised salmon...or talapia...or the catch all for white fish, "Orange Roughy." These are all hog confinements in the aquatic sense. This is no hoax. The concept of what could be called "plant rights" is being seriously debated.
