This is the best part of the story:
Investigators are still piecing together what happened that night and trying to determine if there was any criminal wrongdoing.
Well lets see: a 15 year old about drank herself to death, what more information do these fucking morons need to see if any criminal wrong doing happend?
1) If she bought it, then it was sold illegally 2) If she didn't buy it, then someone of age did and gave it to minors.
Yeah, I would need more info to see if a criminal activity happened. Sure they may need more to find the buyer or seller, but I think it is safe to say someone committed a crime.

True, but it could be anything as simple as underage drinking (say she stole it from her parent's stash) to much more if she bought it, or someone else bought it for her.

Eff that, I call shenanigans. autolykos has an alcohawk and I blew a .34 at happy hour one day after a single belt of Scotch. The cops probably just did a breath test and she had probably just taken a drink or vomitted a bunch of booze back up and the reading was skewed by residual mouth alcohol. .578 is DOA range.

This is the best part of the story: No, this is the best part of the story: "http://www.foxnews.com" If it's Fox, it's got to be outrage - or a troubled/missing chick...

That's got to be a skewed reading. She'd be dead if it were legit. It's virtually impossible to drink yourself that drunk unless alcohol is literally being jammed down your gullet while you're out cold.

I suppose if she just chugged a bottle of vodka (after already drinking), it could probably be possible.

I disagree somewhat... as a breathalyzer measures the alcohol content in exhaled breath... and everybody has a slightly different internal structure/variation on their metabolic systems, I see it as possible. While she may have been the person with the most able traits- in this situation- at the right time, there could be some person out there that could blow much higher (if they were ever asked/forced to do so- at the right time)... as their respiratory system & chemical makeup allows their lungs to expel a larger volume of gaseous alcohol. Take another human function... Peter North for example... while many people likely have the capabilities to "shoot a semi-auto rifle" as he does, he is mostly unique - as most others with this capability- aren't in his business/aren't public.

I disagree. That's a fully automatic rifle.
