I still see them ALL the time.
In addition, the Mtown paper has a call-in column where people can basically call in with whatever opinion they have. Some waterheads actually call in and claim that W is the bestest Pres ever!! WTF??? They need to just take the phones away in the half-way houses.

I saw one yesterday too...
...which got me thinking about what I want to do in celebration for next January 20th.
My thoughts so far: -Find the biggest friggin flag I can find & wave it on the busiest corner in town. -Attach said flag to my car & drive around -Go to D.C. for the inauguration.
Any other thoughts?

I'm not really sure what I'll do to celebrate. Cry tears of relief and get drunk, I imagine. I do have a bottle of Champagne from the 2004 election that I never got to open, so maybe I'll pop that.

No, but I am out of baby wipes... and will have to wait until I get home tonight to "download". So should something urgent come about, I'll let you know.

Assuming we can last another six months without bombing Iran or doing something equally stupid.

Sadly, that's a really big assumption...

We should encourage W and his cronies to have a 6-month long going away party at his ranch. Then someone cut the phone lines there.
Let him hang out, drink beer, watch some baseball.... and most notably, do less damage.

I saw a moron with a "Hope" sticker on their car this morning on the tollway. Even took a picture of it. May post it later if I get bored.

The celebration will be directly related to who gets voted in vice seeing GW leave.

Remember, although only 28% of Americans approve of Bush, 60+% of Republicans do. They are so out of touch with American values...

The only thing worse than leaving a campaign bumper sticker on after the election is leaving one on with the losing F'ing team. I still see plenty of Kerry/Edwards '04 bumper stickers in my nape of the neck. Stupid asswipes.

I think it is safe to say that in 2004, both teams lost.

Right now I wish I had a Kerry/Edwards sticker on my car just so I could prove to all of the mental midgets around here that I've been anti-Bush for a long time.
I just love all those people who now bitch about Bush that voted for him in 2004....it's like, H-E-L-L-O?...none of what he has done in the last four years is any different than the first four years.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There is just too many stupid people in this country who will vote for whoever has aligned themselves with whatever special interest they have, nevermind the integrity of the man, or what he actually does.

And word on the T-R. It's a rag, but it's the only way for me to keep up on what the city council is trying to do behind our backs.

You might as well have a Gore in '00 or Dukaka in '88 or Carter in '80 stickers on the car to show your discontent. A loser is a loser is a loser... I didn't vote for Bush in 2000(Nader, protest vote, Doh!) but did in '04 because the choice was George F'ing Bush or John F'ing Kerry. I'm content with my choice. Tax cuts and Judges(especially the Supreme Court) are my reasons. What types of special interests(for average voters) are you refering to?
