I was thinking of finding an ad system for this site that allowed more/some pop-ups and/or a method of giving Admins tips. Proboards doesn't have one though. They will never overtake AWS at this rate.

Ok, I’m a customary tipper about 20% total including tax. Last week on pasta meal the bill was 62 I left 80 full. if the bill was 75 I might have only left 90. tips based on dollars spent are a joke.

Well other the break down was about $59 food and drink, $7 tax and $3 voluntary support for employee benefits etc. Total $69. I tipped an added $15 for basically half assed service. I have no idea what the 4% add on really was except that it was taxable.

Basically socialism with extra steps, sort of. The tax on it is because it is recorded as profit by the employer who after paying taxes and taking an administrative fee will give a small percent to employees. You are getting fucked by the business owner. Probably.

While it may eventually be applied to their benefits, it is being passed through his hands. I would be interested in how an IRS audit determined the situation. Is this a sku of some sort he maintains so he can apply tax? Unsure how he would consider it taxable when he is getting deductions for the insurance already. Is that just a way to soak up another 8ish %
