First off, let me just say that the class that I guest taught yesterday went really well. There are still some decent kids at the U of Iowa, the liberals haven't brainwashed them all, thankfully.
I have been getting killed at work today and we are negotiating a paragraph regarding HIPAA in something I am working on. I copied this paragraph from Word into Outlook and went to send it off to my clients. Note to all, HIPAA is not in Outlook's default dictionary, but it will change HIPAA to HIPPIE for you. I accidentally hit "change all" so I had a paragraph that looked like one of my anti-hippie rants on here go out to the clients. I didn't even notice it until we hopped on a call and they told me that the paragraph said HIPPIE 6 times and did not refer to HIPAA. I got in a nice jab against dirty hippies and we all laughed uproariously, but this just adds further fuel to the burning anti-hippie fire deep in my belly.

It's hilarious and just a little bit special that this happened to you of all people. I trust you've since updated your Outlook dictionary and deleted the dirty effin "h" word?

Might wanna be careful not to add "bince" to your dictionary, just in case...

Seriously, who is the shitbag at Microsoft who sat around cooking up "HIPPIE" as a replacement for "HIPAA?" It's ricockulous. My dictionary has been updated accordingly.

Knowing you, you probably actually typed HIPPIE as a freudian slip. Or possibly it changed BTR to HIPPIE which is technically correct.

How many years of school did you have, and you still can't properly operate a search and replace function on word? I never had that problem with that while accumulating my mammoth 3.92gpa at Drake.

How many years of school did you have and you still don't know the difference between Word and Outlook? Also, it wasn't find and replace, it was the spell check tool in OUtlook, but I wouldn't expect some union slug liberal fascist to have ever used Outlook since they don't ever have to send emails to anyone in a business setting. That 3.92 highlights the problems of grade inflation and "liberal arts" classes. The value of my Drake degree drops every day that you continue your statist sheeple bleating.

You son of a bitch. How DARE you call my degree Liberal Arts. I alreay have a Liberal Arts degree, and I know how useless they are. My Drake degree (remember that gpa?) is NOT Liberal Arts. In fact, the two years I was at Drake, I took a total of 1 class in the college of Liberal Arts, and only then because I had to. And you want to know the funny part, that class was so batshit stupid, that I couldn't bring myself to do the idiotic work I had to do (write and paint a fucking chilredns book in water color), and I got a B in that class.
Yes, the only class I did not get an A in was the one shitty Art class I had to take in the piss ant college of Liberal Arts.
Oh, and BTW, I know for a fact that the managers at Mickey D's use outlook for their 'business' too. So no Ralphbuster, I would not like fries today.

Hey, this hippie liberal is a Microsoft Certified Trainer & Expert for MS Office (Including Outlook & Word). -----Not that it's earned me one friggin penny more, but IMO - only retards have to rely on the spell check tool in the first place. If they were halfway competent at their jobs, they would see that incorrect words were underlined - which denote the MS dictionary deems them as being incorrect. As the user is typing and sees these underlined notes - if they deem them correct, there should never be a need for the spell check.

BTR could be using Outlook 97 or something like that. For the record, Word 2003 on my work PC (haven't tried it at home) recognizes HIPAA as a valid word and doesn't try to change it to hippie.

I don't know how the fuck your Outlook is set up, but some shithead set mine up so that it runs a spell check right before it sends out emails. The spell check recommends an alternate spelling and if you hit the wrong button and don't have anything else misspelled in the document, you are shit out of luck, it's going bye bye. My Outlook program has never underlined shit while I type. Regardless, I didn't type this shit, I just pasted it in.

I think the first time I heard the term "fuckstick" was watching Shawshank Redemption in the theater. I laughed out loud, even though it was a very unfunny part (the warden calls one of the inmates this before beating him to death). I got some strange looks.
