Yeah, call me un-cultured, but there were a ton of those skits (and, as much as I hate to admit it) shows that I'd never heard of before. That'll be something I bookmark and go back to frequently.
That said, my favorite sketch comedy show of all time is Kids In The Hall. That show just cracked me up every time I saw it.

The Ginger Refuge (lol) I construe this as an act of war.

I think it would be impossible for anybody to be qualified enough to come up with a list like this. Especially the guys who came up with this one. Basically this is a list of some of the most popular sketches. With some obscure ones thrown in to make themselves seem hip. There's just too much material to work with here. And I noticed that Adam Sandler and Chris Farley skits were left off which really messes with the credibility. Farley should have maybe 5 skits in this list. Where is the Church Lady... where are Hans and Frans...? I'm sure some of John Candy's SCTV stuff should have been in there also, or something with Steve Martin. What about Ferrell doing Dubya, or Carvey doing Dubya's daddy...maybe get rid of some of those "The State" skits. I liked the State, but come on... one is enough to recognize a short-lived series... especially one on MTV. Some of my favorites from this list are: The Dan Akroyd ones... Bass-O-Matic and the "Dangerous Costumes One", I love the costumes one. Deserves its place in the top ten. The Buckwheat singing one is awesome, although I couldn't get it to play the whole thing. Dave Chapelle should have only had one entry on this list also, the ones they chose weren't all that great, either. I like how they included Jim Carrey's Vanilla Ice parody from In Living Color, but where's Fire Marshall Bill, or Men On Film, or Handiman? Anyways, why am I bitching about it??? It's still a cool list and some great videos to watch. I havent' seen a ton of them, but I'll check em out. Here's one of my favs... I liked Monty Python too, but they had something like 3 of the top 5. Those skits simply weren't that funny. More Cowbell was significantly funnier than any of the Monty Python skits. And where were the SuperFans?

AHHHHHH!! They have the Chicken Lady from Kids in the Hall on that list. I can't look any further. She scares the Bejeezus out of me. Eww, so creepy.

I've been watching some of these. I've never heard of this British show, but #31 on the list is funny as hell.

Monty Python belongs up there... absolutely.
Also, glad Land Shark got on the list too.
