I feel like a chump now for something simplistic...but
Meunster
Bucket - did you ever play Circle of Death or any drinking game with a "Catagories" part to it? Your cheese knowledge is extensive.

Nah, I was kinda past the drinking game stage by the time I had that job, but you're right - it'd certainly play in my favor.
And nothing wrong with Muenster.
Let's see... how about an excellent IOWA cheese:

"Oh look at me, I used to be a cheese buyer for hippie mart." Suck my balls bucket. There is nothing better than a goddamn can of bacon flavored easy fucking cheese. Take your white flag waving America loathing ass back to French Canada. Hippie.
BTW - did anything get worked out for that alleged meeting of the Chicago branch of the wasteland this weekend?

LOL, actually, I like American* flavor/style(?) of Easy Cheese better. Has that nice plastic/chemically taste. And Cheez-Whiz is awesome on toast. Great on Ritz Best. Toast. Ever. Especially on a nice dark rye. *I just make sure to say it w/a French accent.

I do a lot of cooking and I have about 5 different cheeses in my fridge, and I'd have to say my favorite is cheddar. It's the one that gets used.

The garlic by far. The black pepper is good though.

I'm surprised someone hasn't said "Velveeta". Actually, like the Easy Cheese, it's not cheese at all but "Cheese Food". Yuk. The best cheese I've had is "Tasty Cheese" from Australia. It's their version of Cheddar (white of course) and I bring home 2, 2lb. bricks every time I'm there.

101 - is it true that Velveeta is almost clear before they add the food coloring to make it yellow? I hope you get busted smuggling your illicit cheese into the country sometime. They'll say, "Just head over to the red line today sir" and then when they open up your bag and see that contraband, you'll be heading off to Gitmo with the others who have problems with American cheese.
