The wife and I watched The Last Exorcism over the weekend. It was fair. The first 40 minutes or so are kinda boring, but its get better as it goes along.
The ending was rather "Blair Witch"-ish though and kinda predictable. Not a BAD rental my any means, but it could not hold The Exorcist's jock.
There were a few creepy moments but you have to sit through damned near the entire movie to get to them. Overall, I'd give it a plain ol' C.

Recently I watched "The Black Swan" with Natalie Portman. Pretty good flick, not great but good and she did do a pretty damned good job acting. Personally, I think her hotness is kind of overrated (don't get me wrong though, I'd definately bang her) and I'd much rather spend a night in the sack with her co-star Mila Kunis who seems to have gotten considerably hotter over the last year or two.
I'd still really like to see "True Grit", has anyone here watched it yet and if so, was it as good as it looks to be?

Recently rented Inception and Kick Ass.
The former was outstanding and the latter was a very fun watch. Highly recommend both.

I saw Kick Ass. Fun movie. As I sit here coughing and sneezing on the couch (yes everyone pity me) for yet another day, I think I'm going to try and find some documentaries on Netflix's instant queue. If anyone has any recs, feel free to share. I also have Scott Pilgrim vs. the World which is supposed to be good, but the wife wants to watch that with me. She doesnt' like watching documentaries or anything too thought provoking.
I'm still thinking about 'Oldboy'. The fucking movie has staying power.

I broke down and watched Capitalism: A Love Story.
While there are some good points made, his political agenda clouds some of these points. It doesn't really matter who our leader is, it's the same fucking bullshit controlled by the same goddman lobbyists.

The thing that pisses me off about Michael Moore is that I support some of his ideas but he is such a douche and figurehead of the far left that I think he hurts his causes more than helps them.

I agree. That, and some of the hyperbole dilutes the message in his flicks.
